Funny quote

Seen on JavaLobby. This is simply the best thing I have ever read in my entire life! It made my day, no, it made my week! I love it. Java programmers are awesome.

"Closures are the OO euphemism for function pointers which in OO terms is a dirty word because pointer is a dirty word."

I think "Sad" describes it much better than "funny".

Do you keep reading JavaLobby as some form of masochism?

It could have been worse....

"Pointers are a functional programming euphemism for monads, which in FP terms is a dirty word, because monads are a dirty word."

"Stacks are a concatenative programming euphemism for parameters, which in concatenative terms is a dirty word, because stack is a dirty word."
